We are thrilled to announce the incredible success of our Coach Appreciation Contest, Gear Up for National Coaches Week: Waxing the Path to Excellence! The response has been amazing, with entries pouring in from all over Canada - seven provinces and territories, to be exact! It's been heartwarming to see athletes and parents alike taking the time to nominate coaches from all levels of our sport. We've had an inspiring range of nominees from introduction to skiing, competition and recreation. What stood out to us was the incredible care and support these coaches provide their athletes. It's clear that they're not just experts in their sport, but they're also dedicated mentors and role models. We're honoured to be part of the Canadian Cross-Country ski community, and we're so grateful for the opportunity to show our coaches just how much they mean to us.
